“Let in Some Sky”

Presents the beauty in the juxtaposition of minimal design and the ornate slow craft. Taking the standards of beauty and inserting bold color and texture to an otherwise neutral world.
Sundos’ abstraction of traditional Palestinian embroidery techniques, based on his life time exposure to the craft, informs his character and thematic choices. His dive into slow craft is driven by his awareness of the passing of time - a documentation of the slowness and intention we crave in a world fixated on immediacy.
